Amazing Homes Ready For Showings

It's a challenge to work within the CDC Guidelines for social distancing and withing the essential service recommendations during this CORNA-19 epidemic. At Century 21 First Story Real Estate we respect home quarantine guidelines and will always take the proper precautions and screening protocol before showing homes or meeting with customers.

The homes below are just a few of some options that are a bit easier to show because they are vacant, new construction or even proposed construction listings.  Still, when entering these homes we sanitize going in, and on the way out and follow preventative measures.

There are buyers who need homes still. There are buyers who must look for homes because their homes are under contract and they must move, and those that are transferring for jobs or other reasons. We will continue to work together, to show what we can, and we are highlighting these homes that are a few current options for showings and for sale.

There are sellers who need to sell for many of the same reasons. We are taking listings, marketing our current listings and our work continues online and offline and are confident to meet the needs of our customers and the challenges ahead.
